Charging & care
Shared rules from the manuals for this range. Where a model differs — the self-cooling 300Ah uses a shorter MPPT list — the product page carries that table.
Inverter and MPPT profile
Select “12V (14.6V) Li (LiFePO4) mode”, or user mode, and enter these. Boost interval is not for lithium.

Before you series or parallel
- Same capacity (Ah).
- Same brand — different BMS designs do not belong on the same bank.
- Bought close together (within about a month).
- Resting voltages matched before you tie them together.
- Do not mix these models with each other, or with another manufacturer.
- Fully charge each battery on its own.
- Join them in parallel and leave them together for 12–24 hours so the voltages settle.
- Then wire the final series, parallel, or series-parallel bank. Disconnect that temporary parallel link before you build the final bank.
Series — voltage adds, capacity stays
Four in series is the maximum suggested, for a 48V-class bank. Keep cable lengths sensible and do not mix models.
Parallel — capacity adds, voltage stays 12.8V
Up to 10 identical batteries for most models — the 200Ah and 300Ah 1500CCA allow no more than 4 in parallel. Check your model's page.
If the BMS shuts the battery off
- Remove the load. Leave the battery for 30 minutes. It often recovers, then needs a full charge.
- If the voltage is too low to accept a charge, use a LiFePO4 charger that can start from 0V.
- Or parallel a healthy 12V lithium for about a minute. A lead-acid between 12V and 14.6V can do the same job. Then fully charge.
On the 300Ah self-cooling, 460Ah and 560Ah, the power switch must be ON whenever the battery is discharging.
Storage
These packs can operate from about −20°C to 60°C. For storage, 10°C to 35°C is the ideal window in the manuals. Leave them near 50% and recharge every three months if they sit unused. Fireproof container, away from children.
Precautions
- Charge only with a LiFePO4 charger, or an inverter / MPPT set to the lithium profile in the manual.
- Do not reverse positive and negative.
- Do not short the terminals with a metal object.
- Do not immerse the battery, including in seawater. IP65 is not a licence to submerge it.
- Do not connect the battery straight to a wall socket.
- Do not strike the case or tabs with sharp metal, and do not bend the tabs.
- Keep it away from fire, heaters and children. Store in a fireproof container.
- Do not transport or store it with loose metal such as jewellery.
- Do not discard it in fire.
